But, Pets require a lifetime commitment so the extra effort pays off. If you REALLY love cats, read her books. I can say both of Pam's books are right on target. I've been rescuing cats for years and saw it all. So many people just throw new cats together and then wonder why they don't get along. Pam's suggestions take extra time and effort. Her book also will help if you have dogs and cats.
I had 2 cats that were slowly learning to hate each other so I bought this boo. Actually worked. Gave me ideas I never would of thought of and give it high praise.
Excellent and very quick read. This book is very informative and will be useful for any home with more than one cat. Most of the recommendations would only be followed by the most devoted humans, but your consideration of this book probably means you're one of them. If nothing else, this book will help you understand why your cats feel the way they do in various situations. I strongly recommend it to all cat parents.
If you have more than one cat, you must own this book. Useful tips and suggestions for maintaining peace in a multi-cat household, that I haven't found online or anywhere else. Even better knowledge and advice than some of our vets have given us.
A lot of wonderful information. Would recommend to anyone trying to incorporate a new "member" to the family.
